Overview

To support Allen Tate’s agents in expanding their digital presence, I designed a suite of flexible digital marketing tools tailored for social media platforms and online advertising. These assets were built for efficiency, shareability, and visual consistency—giving agents eye-catching materials to promote listings, connect with clients, and reinforce the Allen Tate brand in digital spaces.

Each deliverable was created with both branding and platform requirements in mind, ensuring visuals were optimized for performance across Facebook, Instagram, email, and display networks.

    Custom templates for “Just Listed,” “Under Contract,” and “Sold” announcements. Designed with hierarchy and readability in mind, optimized for platform specs and agent personalization.

  • Social Media Stickers
    Custom-designed GIF-style stickers used in Instagram Stories to highlight listings, agent moments, and brand spirit. These added personality and increased story engagement.

  • Digital Advertisements
    Static and animated ad graphics for use in paid campaigns across Google Ads, real estate portals, and social platforms. Designed to meet ad specs and conversion goals while reflecting Allen Tate’s refined brand aesthetic.
